The outer frame mainly completes the load-bearing function of the entire battery system; The inner frame mainly completes the load-bearing function of sub-modules such as modules and water cooling plates, etc; The middle protective surface of the inner and outer frames mainly completes the isolation and protection of the battery pack from the outside, such as sand impact, waterproof, and heat insulation, etc.

The extruded aluminum alloy battery tray is formed by welding rods and plates. In the entire process, sawing equipment, rod processing equipment, plate processing equipment, friction stir welding, MIG welding equipment, TIG welding equipment, floor processing equipment, assembly processing equipment and air tightness testing equipment are required.
