Since 2015, Mingkun has established a research and development department, and started to develop duralumin and ultra-high speed cutting duralumin appearance parts, the product series involves 2 series, 5 series, 6 series and 7 series.
Every year, depending on the project, 10% of the project's estimated output value is used as research and development cost, which greatly promotes the progress of the project and the understanding and control of materials, manufacturing, and processes. And together with customers, we propose many solutions for difficult materials. In 2018, Mingkun was awarded the major science and technology project of Anhui Province: research and development and industrialization of key technologies of high-precision and high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy materials for smart phones, which has been completed and achieved good benefits.
In 2017, Mingkun signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the team of Professor Wu Yucheng of Hefei University of Technology, Hefei University of Technology -- Jiuhuamingkun Joint Laboratory of New Materials Research and Development. Hefei University of Technology has imported 3 doctors and a lot of masters to Mingkun. Through cultivation, initiation and absorption, Mingkun now has more than 60 professional and technical talents, accounting for more than 20%. At the same time, both sides share talents and laboratory resources, and jointly declare research topics, which has laid a solid foundation for Mingkun in the basic research of profiles and made great progress!
So far, Ming Kun has obtained 2 national invention patents and more than 60 utility patents.

These equipments are indispensable hardware for high-end aluminum materials.
